Pineapple and apple cider/wine

Experamenting time. 


4 cartons apple
1 pineapple



i wounder how it will taste. its an ace colour. very golden yellow. much darker that the normally turbo (hot goblin). this one is unsuggered and only took 6 days to finish fermenting. i have kept it an extra few days to age then i will bottle it into glass bottles.



I have put it in some plastic bottles to let it age a little. small wholes in lids so there isnt much pressure. 


the smell is very nice though. much nicer than the normal turbo (hot goblin)


will keep you posted on how it tastes

Next hot goblin

My 2nd hot goblin cider (turbo) is now complete.) it tastes very nice but i havent suggered it. i think it needs it
because it is quite dry atm. not as dry as the one i used Champaign yeast in (i used notingham ale yeast this time) but it still was a tad dry for my liking. but some people enjoy a dryer cider.

New Apple juice.

Plastic bottled apple juice from morrisons. i wunder how strong it will be without sugar. will post results later. stukk git a cupple of bottles of cherry tree left. and the DJ with hot goblin in is nearly done. its all gooood
